Test Chamber 036: Training
The puzzle wasn't hard, he told himself, and it certainly wasn't impossible. No, in fact, he knew the solution but he just wasn't going to play without Chelldon. He repeated that out loud, telling Tyler that his training course was very lack luster. He did not need to be taught to jump. Or to use the Apperture Science Portal Making Device.
In all actuality, Wheatley just couldn't figure out why the portals weren't working because he'd forgotten that he could actually switch colours to allow him to place two portals on the walls.
He just kept firing one over and over... 'To check how the gun was working.' "Safety first, Tyler!" he said before Chelldon pretty much literally dropped down on him. "AAAH!"

It took three tries to get into the right testing area both without Tyler seeing them and without being caught.
They soon landed on a platform and just below them was the flailing form of GLaDOS. It seemed a bird had gotten in and was trying to peck his head off! Chelldon leapt down and scared the bird away by flapping his own arms.
He knew how to deal with birds... all thanks to Wheatley.

"Off! Oh God, it's corrosive! I can feel it eating through my clothes! My skin is synthetic too! Help! Help! I'm going to be reduced to a bit of wire and human hair and glasses frames!"
Why he didn't think his hair or glasses would corrode? Well, no idea there. It just sounded good to whimper about.

"I hope you're both very happy with yourselves. I knew you were made to do some stupid things but this has to be the worst. You are your pet subject have no idea what you've done."
Chelldon merely frowned before looking at Wheatley.
He was very lucky that odds were that Wheatley would never connect the dots nor would he work out that he was made to be a giant moron... Chelldon didn't want to break that illusion for him either.

He still wanted to keep the lime light for himself, so tacked on a: "I've managed to prepare him quite well for his lessons," at the very end of that, somewhat muttered because he didn't want to be a glory hog.
"And all you've done is taught us about smashing plates and neurotoxins!"
