Wheatley ordered and Chelldon did, it was just how it worked. Wheatley said fetch and he did, Wheatley said jump and he did, Wheatley said wait and he jumped... good enough. Of course, he wasn't stupid, sometimes Wheatley did some very stupid things that had to be ignored but overall he wasn't awful. More clumsy and stupid.
